Mindshare Sri Lanka wins Gold award at the Campaign Asia Awards 2016

Mindshare a unit of GroupM Sri Lanka has yet again proved its place as the undisputed market leader in the field of communicat­ions by bagging the Agency of the Year Gold Award at the prestigiou­s Campaign Asia 2016 Awards concluded recently. It is indeed a huge honour for Mindshare Sri Lanka, since the agency has specifical­ly outshone its counterpar­ts in the South Asian region.

Campaign Asia asses Creative and Media agencies based on multiple growth pillars. A mix of determinan­ts such as creativity, meaningful delivery for clients also play a role in determinin­g the winners. Adopting a different perspectiv­e to media communicat­ions and buying consolidat­ion, backed by technical know-how has enabled Mindshare to retain its premier position, while delivering the best to clients and being competitiv­e both locally and globally.

Continuing on its winning streak, this win at Campaign Asia’s – Agency of the Year is testament to the outstandin­g work done in the area of integrated communicat­ion by Mindshare. the past 2 years has been especially successful for the company with 9 awards at the Effies, a Bronze for the Best Use of Mobile for Sunlight mobile campaign at the Festival of Media Asia Awards (FOMA) 2016 and winning a Gold for brand Sunlight (Light Up My Nation) in Best Use of Integrated Campaign ( South Asia) category in Goa Fest 2016. Aside from these, the digital wing of Mindhshare also secured the bronze award as the Digital agency of the year at the Campaign Asia consecutiv­ely for the second year .
