Gateway signs up with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
The agreement will facilitate students of Gateway to progress to Embry-Riddle’s bachelors’ degree programme after completing Advanced Level or the International Foundation Diploma offered by the Gateway Graduate School With the expansion of the general aviation industry in Sri Lanka and the corresponding demand for talented Aviators, Gateway and Embry-Riddle have come together to create an Aeronautical Talent Development Programme. The program’s purpose is to educate high school students in aviation, preparing them for a potential bachelor’s degree in aeronautics or a related field.
Speaking at the signing of the MoU, Dr. Harsha Alles, Chairman of Gateway said that his organization is pleased to be associated with the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) which is one of the world’s most advanced and respected universities specializing in aviation and aerospace. Krishti Chatterjee, Director of International Recruitment of ERAU expressed her delight of being able to work with the Gateway group that consists of model International Schools and a Graduate School.
