DHL is the latest organisation to join HNB’s e- banking platform as a payee partner, and sign up for HNB’s modern Point- of- Sale ( POS) solution — known as MOMO. A ground- breaking innovation, HNB MOMO frees customers f rom cash transactions, reducing time spent on queues and inefficient checkout procedures.

“We are pleased to partner HNB in offering cashless payment solutions to our customers. We hope that the addi- tional option will provide our customers with the conveni- ence and flexibility they desire as our society rapidly moves towards embracing cashless transactions. This latest move underscoresour commitment to live up to the DHL brand promise of “Excellence, Simply Delivered”, by providing unparalleled logistics services to our customers, said Dimithri Perera, Country Manager, DHL Express Sri Lanka.

Roshantha Jayatunge, Head of Cards of HNB said, “Our research has revealed a sizeable demand for cashless payments, as evidenced by the large majority of the Sri Lankan population that now owns either a debit or credit card. HNB’s latest partnership with DHL will unleash a new wave of convenience for DHL customers by leveraging the latest in technology to make payment processinga breeze.”
