Our CGSP training has given a new impetus to the guest service standards of the hotel frontline, and proving to be a resourceful certificationcourse among the frontline professional of the hotel industry in Sri Lanka. It was encouraging to have our clients nominating more of their executives for the 2ndcourse, and to have had some of the best hotels in the Island nominating their frontline professionals as well. The Chief Guest at this event was the Brazilian Ambassador – Excellency Madam Elizabeth Sophie Balsa whogave away the awards.
Arden Institute is now registering students for our Certified F ront Desk Representative course – CFDR is a 8 weeks/ 2 Months Fulltime course, conducted 3 days per week for prospective students who are seeking employment in front office of hospitality industry. Upon successful completion, the institute will provide job placements in top hotels in Sri Lanka. Our parttime course duration is 8 weeks/ 2 months course and classes will be held on Sundays - for people who are already employed in the hospitality.
