Cosmos Hockey Club to play two matches here

The Cosmos -- a veteran’s hockey club from Down Under who made their last tour of Sri Lanka in 2014 will make their second visit from October 28 onwards.

This touring group has previously toured Perth - Australia, Singapore, Calcutta - India, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

While in Colombo, the cos- mos team will play two matches at the Astroturf. They will be action on October 28 against Sri Lanka national masters team at 3.00pm. Then they will play Malay CC veteran at the same venue at 4.30pm on November 3.

A record number of past Sri Lanka national players are billed to play for the Lankan masters team.
