Hospitality Education ( Pvt) Ltd, Hotel School has been established as a Pioneer with the objective of providing Hospitality Education in Sri Lanka with a comprehensive professional training to individuals with Entry level/ First level to Hotel Industry Diploma in Hospitality Management, the art of meeting your high expectations.

The Professional Diploma includes Food and Beverage and Bar Service Operations, Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Operations, International and Commercial Cookery, Pastry and Bakery, Travel and Tourism. We equip the youth of Sri Lanka with required professional English language proficiency together with Computer literacy for the hotel industry.

The Professional Pastry and Baking Program includes Food Service Safety and Sanitation, Food Service Theory and Basic Skills, Dough and Batter, Cake Preparation, Breads and Breakfast Pastries, Sugar Confectionery, Chocolate Confectionery, Ice Cream and Sorbet, Plated Desserts, Chocolate and Sugar Decoration and Sculpture, French Cakes and Tarts, Petit Fours and Miniature Pastries.

We have included Eight Sessions / 8 Master Classes to enhance your career development in Restaurant Services. Each session consists of 3 hours of training, related to Food and Beverage Service which provide the necessary skills to work in a star class hotel. All the participants of the Advanced Master Class which consists 1-8 sessions will be awarded a well-recognized Certificate at the end of the Full Session.
