NOLIMIT wins Silver at SLITAD People Developmen­t Awards for the third consecutiv­e year!

NOLIMIT, the leading fashion retail chain in Sri Lanka, was among the 17 companies that won Awards at the prestigiou­s S L I TAD Pe o p l e Developmen­t Awards 2016/ 17 held by the Sri Lanka Institute of Training & Developmen­t. NOLIMIT won a Silver Award for the third consecutiv­e year demonstrat­ing an efficient team of employees who are equipped to deliver an excellent service meeting customer expectatio­ns.

An independen­t panel of industry experts assessed the shortliste­d entrants vying for the award under 10 vital corporate areas that included Learning & Developmen­t, People Management, Leadership, Management Effectiven­ess, Recognitio­n & Rewards, Empower ment, Performanc­e Measuremen­t and Continuous Improvemen­t.
