Western Province a Slice above the rest
Western Province (WP) Slicers dominated the 44th National Sports Festival's 2018 Carom Championship at Sports Ministry Indoor Stadium, Colombo 7, with 4 Gold and 2 Silver.
The champion WP Slicers won Gold in the Men's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Women's Team events, while Sabaragamuwa Province with 1 Gold in the Women's Singles and 2 Silver in the Women's Doubles and Team event, were Runnersup followed by Uva Province (UP) with a Gold in the Men's Team event.
