Two more students received partial scholarships.
All the scholarships were arranged by International Scholar Educational Services (Pvt) Ltd. (ISES), local partner of TIU. ISES handled the complete application process from the time of submitting the application to being granted the visa.
Medium of instruction for these students is English. The English medium program of TIU is known as the E-Track program consisting of two undergraduate majors – Business Economics and International Relations. Further to being fortunate to receive free education in a highly developed country like Japan, these student are eligible to work 28 hours per week part time during term time and 40 hours per week during holidays. Cost of living in Japan is very affordable. In addition to receiving fee waivers from the university, most students will be eligible for grants from Japanese government to cover living expenses up to one year. The visa procedure is not complicated. If the students wish to remain in Japan on completion of their studies to work there are ample opportunities.
