Is it important to have an educational qualification in this subject to pursue a career?
In any field, there are principles and skills that can be acquired to better equip one to successfully pursue a career. An educational qualification enables you to gain these skills and prepares you for any challenges you may face in your pursuit. In the fashion industry, qualifications are an essential requirement from all leading apparel and design entities. For me, gaining a fashion qualification gave me not just the skills, but the confidence needed to pursue a career in design.
