Colombo Music Festival promises rocking reggae all night long

Cinnamon Life unveils the Colombo Music Festival 2018 - the biggest music festival ever to hit the island. With its Caribbean Night theme, the Festival will feature the legends of reggae-fusion and dancehall - Diana King, Shaggy, Maxi Priest and Big Mountain, at the Havelock Sports Club Grounds on August 18.

The four world famous stars headlining at the festival, are some of the best known in this genre. They will deliver powerpacke­d performanc­es blending old favourites and fresh new sounds.

Dancers, choreograp­hers, local musicians, an array of pop-up events and unique experience­s will add vibrancy so audiences get to experience another dimension to the festival. The action-packed evening offers an internatio­nal ambiance with paint balling, zorb balls and soap football. Ample food stations will ensure that all festival-goers will have access to food, snacks and drinks throughout the night. VIP ticket holders will be given backstage passes and access to an exclusive grandstand. A Detox Lounge will also be set up with relaxing entertainm­ent throughout the night, so festival-goers can unwind after the show.
