President of OBA of St. Sylvester’s College

Position

Deshabandu Mr. Lal Handapangoda was unanimously elected as the new president of old Boys’ Association of St. Sylvester’s College for year 2018- 2020 at the General Meeting held on July 7th 2018 at the Golden Crown Hotel in kandy.

He is a veteran mathematics lecturer and a businessman and is also the Managing Director of the Navodaya Education Centre.
