Successful Technique International Students receive world-acclaimed NVQ 6 Higher National Diplomas in Cosmetology
35 students of Technique International were presented with
TVEC Registered ( TiAD) Ti Advanced Diplomas ( TiHD) Ti Higher Diplomas and National and world-acclaimed NVQ Levels 5 and 6 Higher National Diplomas in Cosmetology at the Skills Development Ministry Auditorium recently. The 14 candidates, who received NVQ Levels 6 Higher Diplomas in Cosmetology, marked a milestone in the cosmetology industry in Sri Lanka in that it was the first time that such a qualification was presented in Sri Lanka.
The studies were conducted under the professional guidance of renowned educationist Gwendoline Kuhatheva, MBA - Derby ( UK), FlnstLM (UK),
BTEC Pearson ( UK), LCGI (UK), who marks over 40 years of teaching experience.
Gwendoline Kuhatheva who began her teaching career for 15 years at the Ladies College, Colombo, thereafter spearheaded studies at the Technique International, Institute of Cosmetology Management.
Director of Studies Gwendoline Kuhatheva has acquired teacher training qualifications in Sri Lanka and the UK. She is also a licensed assessor and has also acquired the City and Guilds UK IVQ Specialist Advanced Diploma in Teacher Training and Assessing Learning.
The School has, for 28 years, been instrumental in putting forth into the cosmetology industry, students who have been successful in theoretical knowledge and a thorough training.
