-

Fitness fanatic Sarath Wijevantha who is a certified martial instructor and the founder of the 1 on 1 kettle bells academy has come out with this effort “Ultimate kettle bell lifting” in a bid to popularise this fledgling sport.

Kettle bell Sport lifting is a repetitive weight lifting sport performed with kettle bells in a given period of time. Competitive kettle bell lifting has a long history in Russia and Eastern Europe, but developed as an organised, standard sport under the name kettle bell lifting during the 1960s

On his part Wijevantha has been associated with this sport for a long time, and now he is the only kettle bell trainer who is certified to be an instructor at this level in Sri Lanka.

The book that he has put out on kettle bells is in 40 segments and he has taken as lot of effort to explain what this sport is about and how anyone who is fitness conscious could benefit from it.
