Learn Gemmology to become a profession­al under Allied Gemmologic­al Institute & Laboratory

Allied Gemmologic­al Institute & Laboratory ( AGIL) is the Accredited Centre in Sri Lanka, under ATC global network of Gem- A ( the Gemmologic­al Associatio­n of Great Britain) which was establishe­d in 1999 by Dayananda Dillimuni, a Consultant Gemmologis­t, which provides facilities for anyone who needs to study in gemmology leading to become an internatio­nally accredited gemmologis­t. Under the world- wide Accredited Teaching Centre network of Gem- A, Gemmology is taught in 17 countries of the World through 39 ATCs.

In Sri Lanka, the Gemmology Courses of Gem-A are being conducted at this institute, which has to be completed in two units- Foundation and the Diploma levels. The next intake for the Foundation course starts in the end of December of this year and new classes will be started in the 4th week of January, 2019.
