Mercantile CA Inter-Academy Junior Tournament to commence

The Mercantile Cricket Association organised, the MCA Inter Club Academy Cricket Tournament 2018 will commence shortly with the participation of over 30 teams in this year’s edition.

The press conference and the draw was held at the MCA Pavilion last week. This year the tournament will be conducted in two age categories – Under- 13 and Under- 15. Twenty teams will compete for the Under- 13 championship while sixteen teams lock horns for the Under-15 championship.

The teams will play in groups divided as A, B, C, and D in each age category. With the dates of the event will be announced soon and as in the previous years an action packed tour nament is expected this year too as the youngsters will yield the willow to show their prowess.
