The Mövenpick Hotel Colombo launched a unique wellness programme this week, which will take place daily at the Wellness Centre on the 23rd floor, taking measures to expand their fitness offerings and paying more attention to meditative, fullbody-and- will take you to a whole new level of ‘Pure Body Burn’ every Wednesday from 5.30-6.30 pm and Saturdays from 7.00-8.00 am. Melissa is a profession­al dancer with a background in technique and fitness training.

Thilini will be offering guests a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioni­ng, balance and flexibilit­y with Zumba every Thursday from 5.30-6.30 pm. Thilini is the first Sri Lankan to be certified as a Zumba speciality instructor and attended the Zin Academy in Greater Noida, India. Give yourself a serious dose of awesome each time you leave this class.

Meet Uta every Thursday from 7.00-8.00 pm and join her for Kundalini Yoga sessions. She is a K.R.I (Kundalini Research Institute) certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and a member of IKYTA (Internatio­nal Kundalini Yoga Teachers Associatio­n).

Melheim Resort, Haputale was awarded five top accolades from four leading travel companies recently.

‘Luxury Mountain Resort’ and ‘Luxury Honeymoon Resort’ Awards were presented to Melheim Resort by World Luxury Hotels, while ‘Certificat­e of Excellence 2018’ was awarded by TripAdviso­r.

Holiday Check Award and Guest’s Review Award 2018 from Booking.com too were bestowed upon Melheim Resort.
