Melissa is a professional dancer with a background in technique and fitness training.
Thilini will be offering guests a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility with Zumba every Thursday from 5.30-6.30 pm. Thilini is the first Sri Lankan to be certified as a Zumba speciality instructor and attended the Zin Academy in Greater Noida, India. Give yourself a serious dose of awesome each time you leave this class.
Meet Uta every Thursday from 7.00-8.00 pm and join her for Kundalini Yoga sessions. She is a K.R.I (Kundalini Research Institute) certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and a member of IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association).
