Dushan Vimukthi made a career best 178 to help Army SC end with a massive score of 462 for 9 declared on day two against SLPA CC in the Premier League Tier ‘A’ cricket encounter played at Panagoda.
Dushan whose marathon knock came in 339 balls comprised 11 boundaries and half a dozen sixes. He was involved in two valuable partnerships-- first of 135 runs for the second wicket with Lakshan Edirisinghe and the other of 128 runs for the fourth wicket with Dilshan de Soysa.
