On December 5, the Sri Lankan delegation witnessed Russian President Vladimir Putin presenting Anton Korotchenko, a medical student from Russia, with the "Volunteer of the Year" Award for his “Healthy Village” Project.

The Sri Lankan embassy hosted the Sri Lankan delegation to dinner, which was also attended by Ambassador Dayan Jayatilleka and Sanja Jayatilleka.
