Old Anandians 75-80 Group New Committee for Year 2018-2019

At the Annual General Meeting of Old Anandians 75-80 Group held on 2nd of November 2018 was a well attended affair. After observing Religious precepts & paying respects to the Founders, Demised old Anandians the meeting got underway. A successful year under the helm of President Prasanna Premaratne was presented highlighting the events of the year concluded. A new committee was unanimously appointed under the leadership of Mr. Sahadeva Senanayake as President with Mr Ajit Gunasekera & Mr Saman Samarasinghe as Co-Secretaries. Mr. Lakshamana Hewapathge as Treasurer and Mr. Aruna Weerakoon as Assistant Treasurer was proposed & seconded. According to the New President Mr Sahadeva Senanayake a busy year is ahead according to their event Calendar with Medical Camp for The Past & Present Teachers being the main feature. Also in the mix is the Annual CSR Programme & many fellowship activities like “Golden Nite” - Annual Dinner Dance, 70’s Sing Along Session, Annual Weekend Outing for Member’s Families etc. A Fellowship Social was held at “Navy Galley” Restaurant following the AGM.
