Residential Project Comprising 352 Apartments, under Public Private Partnership Venture between SL Government & Home Lands Skyline, Completed 06 Months ahead of Construction Schedule
Green Valley Apartment Complex, a Public Private Partnership ( PPP) Project between Sri Lankan Government & Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd has gone through all its final stages of construction and is ready for occupancy by 1st May/2019.
The project has been implemented jointly by Home Lands Skyline & the National Housing Development Authority, coming under the purview of Hon. Sajith Premadasa, Minister of Housing, Construction & Cultural Affairs.
Developer of Green Valley, Home Lands Skyline confirmed the project has been fully constructed 06 months ahead of the previously forecasted completion in August/2019 & presently the company together with National Housing Development Authority is working on the final arrangements for the handing over of apartments to the respective occupants.
Green Valley Apartment project, has been initiated with the intent of providing affordable yet high quality housing solutions for the middle waged working community of the country, of whom daily commuting to the commercial capital & adjoining purlieus has become an inseparable concern of routine life.
Positioned in 8 Acre terrain between Athurugiriya & Homagama, the project is comprising of 22 blocks, consisting 04 levels, each accommodating 04 units of 02 to 03 Bedroomed apartments. The entire project accommodates 288 units of 02 bedroomed apartments with 688 square feet in area & 64 units of 03 bedroomed apartments with 1055 square feet area, altogether totaling in to 352 residences.
