Ed Sheeran invests in the property market

Ed Sheeran is turning out to be a shrewd businessman as he is investing his income from his music according to reports. The singer, who claimed he slept rough near Buckingham Palace between 2008 and 2010, has invested in the property market to the tune of £ 42 million. The 28 year old singer songwriter is now the owner of 18 flats in London and Suffolk in the areas of Shoreditch, Hammersmith, Holland Park and Chiswick and a restaurant in Notting Hill. Most tenants may not even be aware that Sheeran is their landlord.
