Abans celebrates the launch of LG R32 Inverter Air Conditioner

On a balmy night that saw the gathering of LG dignitaries, Abans’ top senior management, and key partners, Abans celebrated the launch of the revolutionary LG Dual Cool R32 Inverter Air Conditioners, Sri Lanka’s first green inverter air conditioners with Wi-Fi technology. The event took place at Hotel Galadari on March 27, 2019.

The chief guest for the evening was Terry Kim, Product Director – LG Electronics who delivered the keynote address. Further, key figures from Abans Management including Rusi Pestonjee, Group Director, Mrs. Saroshi Dubash, Group Director, and Sriyan de Silva Wijeyeratne, Group CEO, were in attendance at the occasion as well.

Further proceedings encompassed an illuminating product presentation conducted by Kim Jin Seong, Research Engineer – LG Electronics. This presentation discussed the mechanics of the LG R32 Inverter Air Conditioner in detail, specially underscoring the product’s Wi-Fi technology capabilities. Interspersed throughout the event were vibrant performances conducted by Naadro, a locally reputed percussion ensemble. A raffle draw also took place where winners received 32” LG LED TV’s and LG microwave ovens.
