Samsung unveils Galaxy A2 Core smartphone

Samsung, continuing to carve out a greater share of the smartphone segment as the market leader, recently launched the Galaxy A2 Core in Sri Lanka, targeted at the first Smartphone experience users. The Galaxy A2 Core is ready to deliver outstandin­g performanc­e with its sleek and curved design, the company said in a media statement.

“Inspired by the needs of the Gen Z audience, the Galaxy A2 Core comes with the Android Go Edition which is specifical­ly designed to provide high performanc­e and provide more space for users to utilise. The smaller android installati­on package sizes, lightweigh­t Operating System and incredible RAM efficiency gives you more speed and convenienc­e,” it said.

With 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, the Galaxy A2 Core is ready to make users’ first smartphone experience one to remember. It features an ergonomic design and a selection of fascinatin­g, glossy colours, Blue and Dark Grey, at am extremely attractive price.

Tapping into the nation’s next generation mobile needs, Samsung Sri Lanka was recently awarded as the SLIM People’s Youth Choice Brand of the Year for two consecutiv­e years.

“Samsung invites all feature phone users to experience their first smartphone with the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core,” the statement added.

Customers could purchase Samsung’s latest phone the Galaxy A2 Core through Damro, JKOA, Singer, Singhagiri, Softlogic and selected retail outlets island-wide.
