Softlogic Restaurant­s soon to launch 4th internatio­nal franchise - Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen

Softlogic Restaurant­s ( Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC, will soon open its fourth internatio­nal franchise – the first Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen restaurant at Shangri- La’s One Galle Face Mall.

The opening of the Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen restaurant, which is one of the brand’s speciality casual dining restaurant­s, will offer an enticing spread of modern interpreta­tions of Cantonese Chinese classics. “Its timeless favourites encompass a range of Wok- fried delicacies, the popular Hong Kong rice porridge dish Congee, a wide selection of Hong Kong Noodles, delicious Roast Meats, and the world- renowned delicacy, Dim Sum. All of these are prepared according to Chinese tradition using ing redients imported from Singapore, thus preserving the brand’s specialise­d authentici­ty and flavour. With a collective experience of 40 years dedicated to perfecting the culinary arts, Crystal Jade’s three internatio­nal head chefs are geared to provide local diners with endless gastronomi­c delights,” the company said in a media release.

Enjoying a heritage of over 25 years, Crystal Jade has been well regarded for its commitment to quality. With a range of dining concepts under its belt, Crystal Jade is renowned for its offerings with respect to fine dining, casual dining and quick- service restaurant­s. The restaurant in Sri Lanka will span a vast area of 3,838 sqft with the ability to seat 126 diners, both indoors and outdoors. Its state of the art interior will represent Crystal Jade’s signature ambience and atmosphere, furnished with private dining rooms customisab­le to serve a variety of dining groups based on their size. For the first time in Sri Lanka, diners can now experience authentic Chinese cuisine that stays true to its roots – a mouthwater­ing array of dishes that retain the superior taste and flavours that truly connect and blend perfectly with the Sri Lankan palate.
