Havelock City Phase 3 Residential Apartments ready for handover
Havelock City has confirmed that it is ready to hand over the much-anticipated Phase 3 Residential Apartments. The announcement follows the successful, on-schedule completion of Phase 3 construction in August 2019, as well as the Phase 3 development having obtained the Certificate of Conformity (COC) from the Urban Development Authority (UDA), the company said on Thursday in a media release.
