-

The ground breaking concept which is the redefined version of tantalize was launched at the press Conference held on the 24th of October 2019 brought the attention of over 40 media organisations and sponsors that made their way to APIIT premises to witness the official ticket launch of Tantalize Rewind 2019.

It was followed by the logo reveal and other discussions related to the event. The Head table that consisted of the Chairman followed by the board of directors of APIIT as well as the Chairman, Co-chairman and the Marketing head of Tantalize Rewind 2019 had a detailed discussion about the concept Tantalize Rewind and the success encountered for the past decade and how we direct that success towards a cause that is greater than ourselves.

Running for the 11th consecutive time, we aim to break free from the traditional ways of directing Tantalize this year.

The ground-breaking concept -Tantalize Rewind was launched to tribute the Tantalize stage that unleashed exceptional youth talent for the past decade. The audience will be fortunate to witness brilliant performances of a selected group of winners from the previous years that glorified the stage of Tantalize. Famous musical icons such as Daddy, Doctor, Voice Print and Ridma Weerawardhana will be present on the 29th of November 2019 at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaskse Theatre to grace the occasion.

This year we join hands with “Ranaviru Fund” to aid those who suffered during the dark era of war, engaging in the role of subsisting a social initiative by promoting potentials of corporate social responsibility contained by those concerned by guaranteeing that all proceeds are aimed towards a well-intentioned cause and will be donated to the “Ranaviru Fund”

Organized by the Student Activity Club of Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) Colombo, Tantalize delivers a platform for students among universities island-wide to break away from their monotonous and every so often nerve-wracking routine and exhibit their inventive endowments to a vast audience in a range of categories; from singing and dancing to musical bands.
