“ATHWELA”, Career Counselling Programme entails the participating students to undergo an orientation programme to identify dynamic abilities and traits. On arrival, students would initially undergo a psychometric test followed by oneon-one sessions with high caLibre career counsellors to comprehend of inherent personality traits, emotional intelligence, cognitive abilities and skills required to develop a solid career profile which is expected by organisations.
