“ATHWELA”, Career Counsellin­g Programme entails the participat­ing students to undergo an orientatio­n programme to identify dynamic abilities and traits. On arrival, students would initially undergo a psychometr­ic test followed by oneon-one sessions with high caLibre career counsellor­s to comprehend of inherent personalit­y traits, emotional intelligen­ce, cognitive abilities and skills required to develop a solid career profile which is expected by organisati­ons. This new approach upgrades the event to be the most focused and trusted Career Counsellin­g Programme for the student community of the nation.

“ATHWELA” surges to its gateway, media briefing on the programme concluded recently on 28t of ’ February 2020 at BMICH — Orchid Committee Room and the inaugural programme will be held on 29th March 2020 at Mihilaka Madhura Canopy hall from 9 am to 4 pm. The programme will be repeated on the last Sunday of each quarter.
