HUTCH Introduces First Trilingual Self-Care App: Promises a Seamless Digital Experience

With the roll out completion of a nationwide 4G network and 2G/3G network merger with Etisalat, HUTCH is now enabling a truly digital experience with the launch of its Self-Care App for both 078 and 072 mobile number users.

Among the many value based services to its customers, Hutch is proud to present the first and only trilingual Self-Care App in the industry which will empower customers to be in control of over 400 + services that are currently on offer by providing all essential services and products in a unified app.

“The key values that this app delivers to our users are Simplicity and Transparen­cy with no data charges for its use. Simplicity in the way informatio­n is presented to users related to the services that are available and Transparen­cy in consumptio­n of data, available balances, minutes and other services were given high considerat­ion while developing this app. In Addition, we have understood that users, amidst their busy schedules, require access to services and informatio­n at the touch of a button - which has come to life via this app with minimal steps and a smooth service. The app is now available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once the app is installed customers can easily register with a two- step process by entering their mobile number and submitting the verificati­on PIN that will be sent to their phones by text.
