World War II Veteran. - Beloved Husband of the Late Monica Emenda (Nee Schubert), precious father of Beverley and Randall (Randy), father-in-law of Haasinee, loving Papa of Ella. Brother of Reginald, Irene Handerling, Edith Firth and Charles (All Deceased). Called to His Eternal Rest on March 31st, 2020 and Was buried on April 2nd 2020, at The General Cemetery, Kanatte. JOSEPH Aloysius Paiva ( Aloy) - Formerly of X.P. Paiva, Main St. Pettah. Much loved and loving son of Nazarene Paiva ( JN Paiva) and Iruthayammal Paiva, brother of Joseph Rosario (Joe), Croos Paldano, Florence Silva, Mary Vaz, Stanislaus, Thomas, Joseph (Jr), Xavier, Michael, Augustine (Ago) and Philomena Motha (all deceased) passed away peacefully at Brohier Home, Wellawatte on 23rd April, 2020. The burial took place on 24th April at the General Cemetery Kanatte. The Family Wishes to Express their heartfelt thanks to the Management and staff of Brohier Home for their devoted care and attention, to the clergy who attended the Funeral and to friends and relatives who rendered support in many ways to our dear uncle Aloy in his inactive years. He was a gentle spirit always ready with a smile and warm greeting especially for his numerous nephews and nieces. He will be immensely missed. STM 181390.
JESUDASON - HENRY - Beloved son of late Mr. & Mrs. Jesudason Rajamony. Loving husband of Jecintha (Thangam), ever loving father of Angelo, Michelle & Marlon, father-in-law of Kapilan, Mayuri and Erandi, grandfather of Abigail, Aaron and Kiyara, brother of Ruby, late Alexandra, Prudence and Emmanuel, passed away on 26th May 2020. Remains kept at No. 8, Cross Road, Mount Lavinia. From 10.00 am to 1.30 pm on 27th May 2020 and Thereafter Cremation took place at 2.00 pm at the Mount Lavinia Crematorium STM 181567.
SENANAYAKE DAYA RANJIT - Precious son of the late Reginald and Florence Senanayake. Dearly beloved husband of Himali, dearest brother of late Even, Rani, late Nimal, Lalitha and Laki, ever loving father of Randev and fatherin-law of Fitrina, darling grandfather of Adina, sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins, passed away peacefully on the 15th of April 2020.
