Dr. Neville was the elder son of late Jerome & Lucy Cooray, brother of Herbert Cooray and Menike, brother of Lilian and Dr. Alan Thewarapperuma, uncle of Shiromal Cooray and Ajith, uncle of Hiran Cooray and Dharshi, uncle of Shanika and Anil Wickremanayake, uncle of Jehan and Kumarine. S) De Silva, Anjalika and Sathy Silva, Srishantha and Kumi, affectionate gradmother of Ashan and Passanna, Suren and Rathini, Eesha and Nihal, loving great grandmother of Shevanka, Raaya, Rahul, Tarik, Kingsley and Aarya passed away peacefully aged 97 years on 17-6-2020. A private funeral was held on the same date.
