Havelock City Announces Final Few Move-In Ready Luxury Apartments Available For Purchase

Havelock City, Sri Lanka’s premier mixed- use developmen­t has announced that a handful of completed apartments remain available for immediate occupancy in Phase 3. This will be the last chance in 2020 for potential buyers to join hundreds of satisfied homeowners in the residentia­l blocks by owning a brand-new Havelock City apartment.

Phase 4, also the final phase in the constructi­on of residentia­l blocks, is expected to be completed by February 2021, allowing extended payment plans for buyers.
