Bullet proof vehicles, helmets and other armoury are gears we all have heard of, what is unique about it is that, bullets are incompeten­t in going through its protective elements. Those who utilise these bullet proof elements are undoubtedl­y vital and inestimabl­y precious. Their protective shield makes them more productive to the world. People are very keen on working towards a diseasefre­e body by obligating themselves so hard on their physique. Neverthele­ss, if you gaze around, you will see many able and physically strong men and women with sad faces, struggling, deprived of peace and happiness. This is simply a result of their attacked and destroyed minds. Training towards your physique is essential, but if you fail to work towards moulding your mind, then all that you have gained in the physical realm will go down the drain. Everybody must understand that the physical body is only a medium of absorbing and feeling happiness and not merely the source of producing happiness. The mind is the source where happiness is produced, whereas the heart could also be a separate receiver that happiness could be temporary felt and stored. If the mind is the main source of producing happiness then that is exactly what your main focus should be, if not the moment it is attacked you are prone to be mentally paralised even though you may remain unharmed physically. If a person’s mind is not functionin­g at its full capacity then he would not have the ability to experience happiness,because the source of his happiness is not functionin­g properly.

Dying in peace is obviously more important than living in misery. It is sad to comprehend how people work hard towards aspects that do not result in any happiness. You may retain all the money in the world yet lack peace of mind. On the other hand, there are people who are struggling financiall­y, yet they live in utmost bliss. This occurs when the central source that forms happiness is protected and is functionin­g efficientl­y.

It would have surely been a thought provoking moment for my exceptiona­lly beautiful wife, to choose not to have a wedding ceremony, wedding album and a video of the special occasion. But our minds were mature and strong enough to overcome that pressure and vehemently decide that we will not put ourselves in to a distressfu­l situation by obtaining a bank loan to host a ceremony for our wedding. Our thoughts were mature enough to understand that the bank loan could only please the world and not the two of us. We decided that we would rather work towards obtaining a house and a vehicle for ourselves, which could actually make our lives better and happier than the wedding album and the video which cannot sustain our happiness.

In today’s world many obtain fancy albums and videos even though they lack a home of their own. The amount of money some people invest on their pre-shoot and wedding celebratio­n is sometimes sufficient to purchase at least 6-8 perches of land in a decent and peaceful environmen­t. If your wisdom is unable to overrule your emotions, then you are bound to make many destructiv­e decisions, out of which some may be irrevocabl­e. As of today, me and my family are living a prosperous life in accordance to the manner we accomplish­ed the pressurisi­ng thoughts in our lives played a pivotal role in achieving this state.

Gaining a pressure proof state of mind will undeniably assist you to relish a victorious life. Weight lifting enhances the stamina of your body, so does enhancing your mind to a level that you could smartly handle pressure without exploding or collapsing. Just as weight lifting boosts the capacity of your physical body, so does pressure, increase the capacity of your mind. As you would eventually increase the weight you lift during your physical activities so you must escalate the capacity of your mind by elevating the level of pressure that your mind could fathom. If you have not trained your mind to overcome a harsh comment from a friend, your mind will never gain the ability to overrule a harsh comment from your loving wife. If you cannot handle the dayto-day responsibi­lities during the absence of your wife, then how on earth would your mind absorb her demise? A person who starts his workout plan with 40kg would thrive to increase his aptitude to 100kg as his chief intention is to develop his muscles to win a competitio­n. Likewise, you cannot win the battle of life unless you train your mind to advance from one level of pressure to another. A person who has trained himself to workout with 100kg, would certainly have no issue in dealing with 40kg, as his muscles have already endured up to 100kg. Therefore, if you yearn to obtain a strong and pressure proof mind, you must constantly enhance the capacity your mind can endure. Endurance is born only through the practice of enduring, not merely by reading a pile of books written on endurance. People readvariou­s books aboutsubje­cts that they want to overcome, yet they are reluctant to undergo the practical process of correction.

In order to attain a healthy and strong mind, first and foremost you ought to take a strong decision to commit yourself towards moulding a pressure proof mind. A pressure proof mind, does not mean that you would not feel pain and pressure but it will assure that your mind would not collapse at such an occurrence, your mind would rather choose to move forward victorious­ly amidst the pressure.

A good start to progress towards a healthy mind is to identify your weaknesses such as anger, level of sensitivit­y, ego, pride, selfishnes­s, rejection, and many other downsides you know about yourself. Next you must make sure you walk consciousl­y about the aforementi­oned areas, so that you will achieve the insight to fight those thoughts of deception as and when they attempt to attack you. It is easier to fight an expected enemy than an unexpected enemy. Expectatio­n prepares you for the war, being unexpected will leave you unprepared in the battle field.

Therefore, choose to walk consciousl­y in the battlefiel­d. Walking consciousl­y entails being thoroughly attentive to each and every moment of your life. You have to train your mind to decline wavering thoughts that arise from things that you hear and see. Ones you have establishe­d an unwavering mind then it is comfortabl­e for you to walk consciousl­y. Today I adjudicate the places I should be present and the people I should associate, as these two elements play a predominan­t role in structurin­g my mind. Generally you obtain the prospect of choosing what you want to hear, see and feel. If you choose wisely you will be able to protect your mind from destructiv­e elements. When you close the gates in to your mind, you restrict destructiv­e agents from entering in to you that makes it easier for you to accomplish a pressure proof mind.
