Become the next rural development innovator with the LG Ambassadoe of change programme partnering KFHI and Abans
Globally renowned electronics giant, LG, and Korea Friends of Hope International – Sri Lanka ( KFHI) recently partnered with the trusted Sri Lankan conglomerate, Abans Group, to join forces to initiate the first ‘ LG Ambassador o f Change Programme’ in Sri Lanka. Lending their wealth of experience and excellence in the local media and advertising industry, ABS GDH ( an affiliate of Abans Group) will be conducting the entire programme, raising awareness and promoting the event on all relevant platforms, both conventional and digital.
Spearheading this ground- breaking initiative is Mr. Lasitha Nanayakkara, Secretary of KFHI, who has been instrumental in formulating this partnership with the intention of uplifting the lives of Sri Lankans and aiding the development of rural areas in the c o u n t r y. The ‘LG Ambassador o f Chang e Programme’ offers everyone the opportunity to do their part towards the improvement of their respective villages, and be recognized as the next rural- development innovator. This is a programme that is currently conducted worldwide every year, and the goal is to commence this project as one that will be conducted annually in Sri Lanka too, to help Sri Lankan communities and better their lives.

Programme aims to resolve these issues and offer feasible, longterm solutions. The programme is divided into four main segments of physical needs, cultural activities, medical facilities, and development of sports.
