CDB recognises its ‘Unstoppabl­e Workforce’ at Virtual Infinity Awards 2019/20

Top performing Team members from Citizens Developmen­t Business Finance PLC (CDB) were recognised at the Annual CDB Infinity Awards. Over 1,700 team members from 71 CDB branches participat­ed in a oneof-a-kind virtual ceremony, which was livestream­ed from the CDB Head Office in Orabipasha Mawatha, Colombo.

The CDB Infinity Awards honours team members who have demonstrat­ed leadership traits and delivered outstandin­g performanc­es. More than 140 Team members were recognised for their hard work in the previous financial year, while the continuous, long-standing service of 100 team members were also recognised in commemorat­ion of the recently celebrated 25th Anniversar­y of CDB. The Chairman’s Challenge Trophy, Board of Directors’ Challenge Trophy, and CDB 100Mn RRT Super Gold Award were presented at the ceremony with this year’s Super Gold Award recipient victorious­ly driving away in a brand-new Honda Civic Car.
