Fruits for breakfast are really healthy for our body. Breakfast is a very important meal, it can either make or break your day. Having enough carbohydra­tes for breakfast and eating a balanced diet helps to maintain a balanced blood glucose level. If your breakfast is not nutritious, the low glucose level would make you tired and irritated. vitamins and minerals are essential in our breakfast. Nutritioni­sts have told us to add grains, fruits and vegetables in our breakfast because it helps us to develop our knowledge.

As for main food, we could have some wheat, rice, oats and barley or anything that’s made of grains for breakfast because these are rich in vitamins and minerals. Fruits can also be eaten. Dairy products too are good for our health. Calcium makes our bones and teeth strong, whereas protein helps us maintain a good body weight.
