POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN HEALTHCARE QUALITY AND

PATIENT SAFETY

This one- year online programme conducted by the Department of Microbiology is designed for doctors, nurses and other health care professionals.

It aims to train healthcare professionals about patient safety, including issues related to communication, medication errors, team work, infection control, and safety culture leading to adverse events.

The expert resource persons will discuss ways to manage these challenges and how to develop strategies to prevent errors using real time case scenarios.
