AIESEC in University of Kelaniya is ready to empower young leaders on 14th of January
The most impactful transformation in the young leaders of AIESEC in University of Kelaniya is to happen at t he Leadership Development Seminar 2021 (LDS 2021).
AIESEC is a global youth- led organization focused on the leadership development of youth through a unique Leadership Development Model. AIESEC makes sure that young individuals all around the world gain cross- cultural understanding while becoming impactful leaders through team experiences and cross- cultural understanding. AIESEC is currently operating in over 15 Universities both in the private and public sectors assisting in developing and transforming inspirational leaders for the country and the world.
AIESEC in University of Kelaniya focuses on developing future leaders with a history of over 20 years starting operations since 1998.
We as an organisation shape our members’ leadership attributes by encouraging active participation in volunteer efforts and other impactful activities.
Beyond the local context, we also provide opportunities for youth to volunteer and intern overseas, gaining global exposure in the process.
Leadership Development Seminar is the signature conference of AIESEC in University of
Kelaniya. This has been one of the most awaited and loved conferences in the calendar of
AIESEC in University of Kelaniya for 5 consecutive years. Multiple leadership development spaces, engagement sessions, experience sharing sessions of alumni and the executive board
inspires the delegates to be the best versions of themselves . The 06th annual Leadership Development Seminar of AIESEC in University of Kelaniya is to happen on the 14th of January 2022 at Hotel Winfield Gampaha with the participation of many young leaders from university of Kelaniya seeking a transformational leadership experience.
The Organising Committee of the Leadership Development Seminar 2021 has been working towards delivering a one of a kind and exclusive physical conference experience to the current
membership of AIESEC in University of Kelaniya.
