A Massive, Impactful Conference; Leadership Development Seminar 2021 by AIESEC in University of Kelaniya

The Leadership Development Seminar 2021 of AIESEC in University of Kelaniya happened on 14th January at Hotel Winfield in Gampaha with more than 100 delegates. This event was organised for the 6th consecutive time with the aim of developing leadership and soft skills of the youth membership of the organisation.

The Leadership Development Seminar 2021 which ended with a massive impact made on the membership gave the true AIESEC cultural experience for the first time in two years. The event consisted of many interactive activities including outbound training activities and leadership training sessions which uplifted the enthusiasm of members and gave a new experience to them.

This conference was a purposeful transformation themed with the sensational movie series Kung Fu Panda which demonstrates self- discovery through inner peace. The theme added to the activities of more than 100 passionate AIESECers went home with a sparkle in the way they see themselves.

The external stakeholders involved in the event added to the successful delivery of the conference to the membership.
