Australasi­an Academy (AA) offers globally recognised Australian Qualificat­ions in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie in Sri Lanka. In partnershi­p with Australian National Institute of Business and Technology, one of the leading institutio­ns in Melbourne, Australia AA offers the Certificat­e III and IV in Patisserie (Pastry and Baking) and Certificat­e III and IV in Commercial Cookery.

Sri Lankan students who join the culinary programmes will be studying for the ANIBT Australian qualificat­ion. Upon graduation students will receive the ANIBT certificat­e which is recognised globally.
