Dinura, Kaveesha set up Mahinda win

Dinura Kalupahana and Kaveen Rukshan combined to lead Mahinda College to a comfortable innings and 41 runs win over St Servatius Matara in the Under 19 school cricket match concluded at Galle yesterday.

Kalupahana hit 148 before Rushan return figures of 6 for 33 as they thrashed the hapless opposition by an innings.

Shehan Hasaranga, Pramesh Madubashana and Chandupa de Silva also contributed with half tons.

Two other matches which concluded at Bambalapitiya and Darley Road fizzled out to tame draws.
