Engine failure enroute to Madison Square Garden

Music legend Sir Elton John had a scary experience when the private Bombardier Global Express jet on which he was flying to the US made an emergency landing after a hydraulic failure on February 18. The plane was near the coast of south Ireland when it happened and returned to Farnborough Airport in Hampshire, England but had to make two attempts to land due to storm Franklin.

Sir Elton later boarded another plane to continue his journey as he had to perform on February 19 at Madison Square Garden, New York in the US.
