NDB wins big at the National Business Excellence Awards
National Development Bank PLC was felicitated with the Overall Winner – Silver Award as well as the Gold award in the Banking Sector at the National Business Excellence Awards 2021, hosted by the National Chamber of Commerce, Sri Lanka ( NCCSL) at the BMICH Colombo recently.

Seneviratne accepted the awards in the presence of a large gathering of top business leaders, business organisations from across the country, and diplomatic missions, the bank said in a media release.
In addition to winning these awards, NDB Bank also emerged as the winner in four other categories - Excellence in Capacity
B u i l d i n g , E xc e l l e n c e in Performance Management, Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Excellence in Environmental Sustainability. NDB also emerged as the First Runner Up in the Extra Large Category, Runner Up - Excellence in Local Market Reach and Runner Up - Excellence in Corporate Governance.
