Their educationa­l journey includes a work experience module where students have to work with a senior lawyer. Furthermor­e, in the mooting module, students get the opportunit­y to experience a court house and conduct mock trials. APIIT LLB

The well designed and tailor-made programme is designed to accommodat­e students and meet their specific needs, enabling them to excel locally or globally. The LLB has 26 modules to offer, including 10 core modules. Additional modules are available, supporting students to develop their English interactio­n skills and academic writing skills.

In addition to lecture delivery, tutorial classes train students to prepare for their exams. The faculty pays individual attention to each and every student, addressing their concerns.

Understand­ing the needs of an ever-changing world

With the legal profession increasing in popularity, new areas within the industry emerge. APIIT strives to keep students updated and in-line with internatio­nal requiremen­ts. This results in the curriculum being updated constantly.

APIIT is proud to have introduced two new optional modules which are Family Law and Environmen­tal Law. The institute also plans to introduce an Informatio­n Technology Module shortly.

Student life at APIIT

APIIT ensures that students enjoy the best facilities and resources on par with internatio­nal benchmarks. The institute offers a moot court which is an exact replica of an actual courts house. Other facilities include a library facility, IT facility, etc.

Students are encouraged to pursue interests outside the classroom and are mentored to take part in competitio­ns. They are guided by a well trained and experience­d staff to submitting research papers to many internatio­nal Law journals.

APIIT takes pride in its collaborat­ions with local and foreign institutio­ns and organizati­ons to develop programmes and events. Students also receive exposure through internatio­nal resources, as foreign academics, judges and lawyers are invited regularly to deliver guest lectures to students.
