Charles Dickens
Charles Dickens was born in 1812 in England. He was the second of eight children in his family.
At the age of ten, young Charles worked at a factory in London. He later created lot of novels that won the hearts of thousands of children based on this experience which he had. He later became a newspaper reporter. After posting several articles to the Pickwick Papers in 1836 and 1837, he became a popular novelist in England.
He wrote storybooks for children like ‘Great Expectations’, ‘Oliver Twist’ and more.
He passed away in 1870 when he was 58 years old.
