Sampath Bank partners with homelands Skyline as the funding partner for project Oceana Wadduwa

Homelands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd has officially taken up a project funding partnershi­p with Sampath Bank PLC, a leading bank in Sri Lanka to develop Oceana Beach Resort Apartments, Wadduwa. Expected to be completed by the end of 2024, Home Lands Skyline looks forward to taking the novel Oceana – Wadduwa project forward.

Oceana – Wadduwa, Homelands Skyline’s latest project, is spread out across 17 acres and includes 400 metres of beachfront. It is designed to include 552 luxury beachfront resort apartments, a star- class hotel developed on 6 acres of land, and a host of world- class amenities. Only 15% of the project area is allocated to the building, while 85% of the complex is

maintained in its natural setting and open areas, while providing 50+ worldclass facilities.
