INTERN: All interns are allocated an Internship Programme Supervisor (IPS) to act as the one on one point of contact with a focus on guidance and mentoring throughout the entire internship programme. The IPS prepares interns for their internship and ensures that they get the very best out of the programme! Additionally, the IPS provides visa support and services.
HOST: Host organisations are allocated an Internship Programme Manager (IPM) to understand their business and work to identify interns’ needs and preferences and in turn provide the most suitable candidates from around the globe. The IPM monitors the host throughout the internship programme and ensures that all programmes are negotiated in alignment with industrial relations laws.
