Mini peanut butter cups

These mini peanut butter cups are quick and easy way for kids to make a sweet treat for Mother’s Day.

200g Chocolate

50g Peanut Butter

A silicone mould or mini cupcake cases

Melt the chocolate.

Pour a little chocolate into the base of each mould or cupcake case and allow to set slightly. Spoon some of the peanut butter into the moulds. Cover with more melted chocolate.

Allow to set fully before removing from the moulds.
