Singhagiri Pvt Ltd and HP join forces for a successful sales convention

Singhagiri Pvt Ltd successfully hosted the sales convention, ‘Synergy’, in collaboration with Hewlett-Packard (HP) on February 10th and 11th, 2023. The event, held at Club Dolphin Waikkal, recognised the hard work and dedication of the company’s top sales personnel.

The convention was facilitated by Singhagiri Pvt Ltd’s management team, including CEO Lasantha Alwis, Directors Anusha Marasinghe and Chathurika De Silva and HOF Andy Prashanthan. HP team was represented by Head of Marketing Sri Lanka and Bangladesh Bimal Kumar, Business Development Manager Dinesh Somasundaram, Business Manager Gashitha Ruberu and Marketing Manager Shalain Fernando.

The convention aimed to recognize the top performers across the company for the year 2022 and celebrate the company’s 50-year market presence. The convention recognised the hard work of not only the sales personnel but also the back-office staff, boosting morale for the upcoming season.

The event provided a platform for the sales team to network and gain valuable insights from industry leaders. The winners included Janith Dilshan Pilapitiya for the Best Corporate Sales Manager, Chris Bevan Gunathilaka for the Best Corporate Sales Manager - AC Division, Charaka Pathmendra Shasthrananda for the Best Dealer Sales Manager – Duty-free, and Ajith Bandara Dissanayake for the Best Dealer Sales Manager - Duty-paid. The Plaza - Highest Revenue Showroom award went to Asanka Saman Bandara Priyadharshana for the Darley Road showroom, and Sumeda Kaluwila won the Category A - Highest Revenue Showroom award for the Aluthgama showroom. The awards ceremony not only recognised the top performers but also highlighted the company’s commitment to recognising and rewarding outstanding performance.
