Bonsai Association exhibition Reflections 2023 – Living Images

A large collection of high quality bonsais created by the members of the Sri Lanka Bonsai Association will be on display, at their annual exhibition “Reflections 2023 – “Living Images” to be held on May 13 and 14 from 10 am to 6 pmat the Women’s International Club, Gilford Crescent, Colombo 7.

Demonstrations will be held at 4 pm on both days at the venue.

When artistic bonsai trees are displayed at exhibitions, many viewers get a desire to try out creating a bonsai. A beginner could be little nervous, but learning to grow bonsai is not as difficult as people think. In time, one can gain confidence as he/she sees how the trees respond to the training. Care of bonsai requires a little time each day to check whether they need watering, pruning and fertilising them when necessary.
